Yashicamat Yashica Mat 124 6x6 TLR Camera [Good]

I love TLR cameras and bang for buck the 124 is one of the best choices available. The lens is sharp and it is easy and rewarding to use.

 

This camera has a few condition issues. The front plate holding the lens has a slight wiggle to it when you press on the side with the shutter speed controls. The focus also feels a little bit rough, likely due to this. The slow shutter speeds are a bit slow, 1/4s through 1s are very slow, but they get better if the camera is fired off a few times.

 

Cosmetically the camera looks good. The glass is clean and the leather is nice. There are a few small dings in the metal but they are minor. This camera would make a good display piece.
