If you wish to return your item(s), you must request a return within 30 days of the date you received your item(s). We only accept returns for items that are in the same condition that they were in when received.

Once we receive your returned item, we will take a look at the item and respond regarding your return. You should get an email confirming that we’ve received your item and are refunding you via your original method of payment. Depending on the payment company that you used, it may take a few days for the refund to be posted to your account. Alternatively, if we do not feel that we can grant a refund, we will let you know and discuss the terms of our decision.
Whether we will refund the original shipping cost depends on the terms of the return. If the purchased item(s) did not arrive to you in the condition that was advertised, for example, we are happy to refund the full amount of the item(s) along with the original shipping cost.
After you’ve submitted a return request, we will email you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package. Also please include any order information that you have inside the package.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
