This is, in my opinion, the best gimbal head for long lenses. It has an Arca clamp that directly mounts the lens to the side. You still get three axis movements in a smaller cleaner design. The construction is first rate with clean lines and excellent machining. Note that this unit is designed for lenses with tripod collars and will not be as good for mounting to the camera.
The gimbal is in clean condition and works perfectly. It does not include a mounting plate.
