This is the super cool Automatic Reflex f3.5 made in New York by Ansco. It has a cool industrial feeling and unique controls.
This one is in excellent cosmetic condition with light wear. Both lenses have a series of fine marks on the front element that may soften your images slightly. The viewing lens has a slight haze, but it does not impact images (you take the picture with the other lens). The shutter is accurate and the mechanical functions are smooth.
