Included is the Telemore95 2x teleconverter, the finder with corresponding focal lengths (40mm is matched to 80mm etc.), and the shoe attachment to give you a PC port for flash.
It is in near mint condition with little wear. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus or other problems. Everything works perfectly. The viewfinder has a slight haze but I can only see it with a bright flashlight, it is not visible while in use and does not impact the function of the kit.
The kit comes in the original box.
