It is in good condition with moderate wear and works perfectly. There are a couple of light cleaning marks on the front element, but they are minor and will not impact image quality. Otherwise, the glass is clean with no haze, fungus, nor other problems. The focus is smooth. There is a tiny amount of oil on the aperture blades, but it does not affect their movement, they open and close smoothly.
The lens caps are included.
