This is the 3 cam 24mm f 2.8 for the Leica R3 and later.
This one has a few small marks on the front and rear elements along with a slight crazing of the coating on an inner element that may soften your images slightly when shooting in harsh conditions. There is also a very slight haze behind the front element (typical of R lenses) but I can only see it with a bright flashlight. The focus and aperture are smooth.
Caps are included, they are not the matched caps for this lens but they are a good fit and protect it.
