This is a nice multiple had support accessory made by Manfrotto. It mounts on any column 3/8" thread and allows positioning of two heads on a 90 Degree perpendicular angle and two heads on the side arm allowing the possible mounting of four tripod heads.
It is in excellent condition with light wear and works perfectly. The locks are all secure.
