This is a super cool system case for the Nikon F. It is well built with solid walls and a nice cutout foam interior for organization and safety. I couldn't figure out exactly which model case this is, but it seems like it is meant to hold the camera, three lenses, and some accessories.
This one is in good condition with moderate wear. Be aware that a portion of the zipper has come detached from the case and the leather strap has detached (see photos). You should be able to fix it with some minor sewing. The interior is clean and the case has plenty of life left.
