Nikon F3 Camera Body (only) Works but Advance Lever not Returning

I love the F3 and it is one of the most popular models in my store. It has a great feel and the most satisfying shutter advance of any camera (in my opinion).

 

 

This one looks good and is working well except that the advance lever does not return on its own, it must be done manually. Otherwise the camera works perfectly, the shutter and meter are accurate. There is a small crack in the frame counter window but it does not affect the function of the counter, it is purely cosmetic.
