Nikon F3AF F3 AF 35mm Film Camera -New Seals, Advance Lever Spring Dead-
I had always been curious about these, the first AF camera from Nikon. The big finder looks a bit top heavy and they did not sell well so I was no expecting much, but actually the camera works well. I tried it with the 80mm lens (not included) and the autofocus is pretty decent. It is not up to modern standards but it is actually very usable. Be aware that you need the matched lenses. It will not work with normal AF lenses.
This camera is in good condition and works perfectly, except that the film advance does not return; you have to push it back manually. The film counter is also not working and the battery door on the prism does not stay closed on its own.
Our technician has replaced the light seals, a $75 value.
