Here is the FM-2n, the king of the 1970's compact SLRs. What makes this such an enduring classic? It looks great, works great and takes sixty years worth of Nikkor lenses. The camera works without batteries (only the meter uses batteries) and you get 1/4000s top shutter speed and 1/250s sync, very fast for a mechanical shutter (the 250s sync is what distinguishes this camera from the original FM-2). The camera has great controls, some of the easiest to use and intuitive that I have experienced. It comes ready to shoot with the 50mm f1.8 AI lens.
This camera works perfectly and shows light wear. There is some minor brassing and scuffing on the baseplate and prism from normal use, but otherwise the camera is in clean condition. The lens is in excellent condition with clean scratch free glass.
Our technichian has replaced the light seals, a $75 value.
