This is the classic K1000 body.
The meter is not working, it does not respond to changes in the aperture, shutter speed, or ASA. Use an external meter (or your phone!) and get a good deal on a nice camera.
Otherwise, the camera is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The shutter is strong and accurate at all speeds. We have replaced the light seals.
