This is a vintage Bay III Medium Yellow filter. It fits all of the 80mm f2.8 Planar and Xenotar cameras.
This one is in excellent condition with light wear. There is a small mark on the front side of the glass but it is minor and will not affect your image quality. Otherwise the glass is clean.
