Vivitar Series 1 lenses are known for outstanding glass and superior construction. This lens has a useful all around focal range and fast maximum aperture of f2.8-3.5. The construction also extra rugged, a little better than corresponding Canon lenses.
This lens looks good and the glass has no scratches but there is some fungus on an internal element. This should not effect image quality.
