Fotoman 624 Lens Mount for 150mm [EXC-]

This is an original Fotoman focusing mount for the 624 to mount a 150mm lens. It comes with the focusing helicoid.

It is in excellent- condition with light wear and works perfectly. It has two 3/8" ports on the bottom for mounting a tripod plate. One does not have threads, use the included threaded washer if needed. One of the mounting screws is longer than the other three, but it does not affect the function of the mount. The focus is smooth and everything works perfectly.
