This is the cool Fokoschrom rangefinder accessory from Leica. Most of the ones I have seen are in black, I couldn't find many examples of the chrome online.
The body is in great cosmetic condition with minimal wear. The rangefinder is bright and accurate. The mechanical functions are very smooth.
