Here is the genuine Hasselblad lens shade for the early 150mm lenses (the ones with the scalloped metal focus ring). This one has the metal mount and plastic hood, which is more resistant to dents than the all metal version.
Please note that it does not fit the modern lenses.
The shade is in excellent condition with light cosmetic wear, there are no dents or major defects and the mount is in great shape.
