This is the standard back for the 645 Super, Pro and Pro TL. It comes with the darkslide and 120 insert.
The back is lightly worn and works well. The locking mechanism for the dark slide is not working but it fits in the holder very snugly. The front plate has been repaired and everything works perfectly.
