Nikon TC-16A 1.6x Manual to Autofocus Teleconverter [EXC+]

This is a cool unit that allows you to mount a manual lens on an AF camera and provides limited AF. Note that this one is unmodified and will not work on digital cameras.

The unit is in excellent+ condition and works perfectly. The glass is clean and scratch-free. The mount shows light wear.
