Fotodiox C/Y Lens to Sony E Camera Mount Adapter [EXC]

This simple, mechanical mount adapter allows the use of C/Y-mount lenses on a Sony E-mount mirrorless camera body. The adapter does not relay lens information, metadata, or focus information. It does maintain infinity focus and a secure connection between the different interfaces.

It is in excellent condition with light wear and works perfectly.
