Manfrotto MKCOMPACTANC-BK Compact Tripod w/ Ball Head [EXC+]

This is a nice set of compact tripod legs made by Manfrotto. It comes with a ball head and a quick release plate. Note that the QR plate does not feel tight in the ball head until you have a camera mounted.

It is in excellent+ condition with light wear and works perfectly. The locks are tight and the legs are sturdy. It has a 1/4" screw for mounting a camera.
