This is a 5x7 reducing back made by Century. I am not sure which camera it is for, the inner dimensions are ~8" x 8" and the outer dimensions are ~8.5" x 8.5".
It is in good condition with moderate wear. The ground glass is in good shape and the movements are smooth.
