Canon A-1 A1 Black 35mm Film SLR Camera w/ 50mm f1.8 Lens [EXC-]

The A-1 was a very advanced camera in its day and pushed camera technology. It had the first full auto program mode and a highly accurate shutter. The camera also allows shutter or aperture priority and full manual modes.

It comes ready to shoot with the classic 50mm f1.8 FD lens.

It is in excellent- condition with light to moderate wear and works perfectly. The shutter and meter are accurate. There is no squeak. We have replaced the light seals, a $75 value. There are a few small pieces of plastic missing from the battery door (see photos), but it is still secure, and it is covered by the thumb grip. The lens is clean and scratch free wtih no haze, fungus, nor other issues. The focus is smooth and the aperture is dry and snappy.

The lens cap and battery are included.
