This is a high end photo printer made by Canon. I am not sure what generation of Windows/OSX it is compatible with, I was not able to get it to connect to my current PC or Mac.
It is in excellent cosmetic condition with light wear. It powers on but I could not test it beyond that. It comes with the power cable.
