This is a late version standard black A12 film back for all of the 500 series cameras.
It is in excellent- condition with light to moderate wear and works perfectly. It is missing the plastic cover from the memo window (see photos) but it is only cosmetic. The winding is smooth and the light seal is in good condition. The serial numbers match.
The dark slide and takeup spool are included.
