Ilex No. 3X Universal Oscillo-Paragon Shutter [EXC]

It is in excellent condition with light wear and works perfectly. The shutter is strong and accurate at all speeds and the mechanical functions are smooth.

It does not come with a lock ring. The spot that would normally have a lock ring does not seem to be threaded.
