This is the eye level prism for the Kiev 60.

It is in excellent- condition with very light wear and works perfectly. There is a small chip on the edge of the glass (see photos) but it is not visible while in use. Otherwise, the glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues.

The bottom cap is included.
