This is a nice camera system case made by Leica. It would be excellent for an M or R mount camera and ~2-3 lenses.
It is in good condition with moderate wear (see photos). There are a couple of pieces of tape on the bottom, but they are only cosmetic. The latch is secure and the interior is clean.
