This is a high quality tripod setup made by E. Leitz. It is very sturdy with a nice tilt / pan head. It has a 1/4" mount for your camera.
It is missing one of the rubber feet/ spike covers (see photos)
It is in good condition with moderate wear and works perfectly. The locks are all sturdy and everything works perfectly. It is ~70" tall when fully extended.
