Leica OSTRO LTM to Bellows Extension Tube Converter for 135mm f4.5 Lens [EXC]
This is a nice extension tube with an LTM thread mount for mounting the 135mm f4.5 to a Leica bellows mount.
It is in excellent condition with light wear. There are no dents or serious damage.
