Minolta SRTMC-II Chrome 35mm Film Camera with 50mm f1.7 Lens [EXC-]

Did you have one of these in the 70's? Did your dad or grandma? This is a classic nostalgia camera and not a bad picture-taking machine.

It is a fully mechanical 35mm film camera, requiring a battery only to operate the TTL meter. There are few controls on the body; a top shutter speed dial with speeds from 1/1000 to 1 sec (and Bulb), a film speed selection window, and a frame counter. On the front of the camera is a depth of field preview switch, a mirror lockup switch, and a self timer. Unlike earlier SRT's, this one has an active hotshoe, a useful feature if you shoot flash!

This one is complete and ready to shoot with the fast 50mm f1.7 lens.

It is in excellent- condition with light to moderate wear and works perfectly. There is a small dent on top of the prism, but it is only cosmetic, it does not affect the function of the camera. The shutter and meter are accurate and the mechanical functions are smooth. Our technician has replaced, the light seals, a $75 value. The battery compartment is clean. The lens is clean and scratch free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues. The focus is smooth and the aperture is dry and snappy.

The lens cap and battery are included.
