It is in good condition with moderate wear. There is a small mark on the edge of the front element but it is on the edge of the glass, it does not impact image quality. Otherwise, the glass is clean and scratch free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues. The autofocus is accurate and the mechanical functions are smooth.
The lens caps are included.
