This is an nice sturdy camera case made be Pelican. Pelican cases in general are some of the best cases that you can get for your gear. They have sturdy latches, places for additional locks for travel, and they add an incredible amount of protection. Plus, if you have multiple Pelicans, their shape makes them convenient to stack for storage!
This one is in good condition with moderate wear and works perfectly. The latches are sturdy. There is some aftermarket foam inside, but you may want to replace it to fit your own gear. Note that we have not tested its waterproofing capabilities.
