It is the earlier three part style; the viewing lens gets the parallax correcting lens and one of the diopters and the other diopter goes on the taking lens.
The mounts show light wear. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze or fungus. It comes in the leather case. The case's strap is broken but it still keeps the filter safe.
