This is a high quality enlarging lens by Schneider-Kreuznach

It is in good condition with some wear and works perfectly. There is some minor oil on the aperture blades, and some small debris behind the front element of the lens. Otherwise, the glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues. The aperture is smooth.
