Voigtlander Bessa R3A Rangefinder with Nokton Classic 40mm f1.4 MC Lens [EXC]

A unique 35mm film rangefinder camera, the Voigtlander Bessa R3A has the distinction of being designed for normal-length to short-telephoto lenses thanks to its large 1:1-magnification viewfinder and selectable 40/50/75/90mm frame lines. This 1:1, life-size finder allows you to shoot and focus with both eyes open and avails a larger area within the finder for working with longer lenses.

The camera has a built-in light meter, with results visible at the base of the viewfinder, and an aperture priority mode with +/- 2 EV exposure compensation. The top shutter speed is 1/2000 sec and flash sync is possible at 1/125 sec.

Included with the camera body is the Voigtlander Nokton Classic 40mm f1.4 MC lens; a fast wide-normal prime with an intuitive focusing tab and beloved character-rich rendering with a multi-coating that yields vivid contrast and flare control.

It is in excellent condition with light cosmetic wear and works perfectly. The viewfinder, focusing patch, and bright lines are bright and clear and the rangefinder accuracy has been checked. The shutter is strong and accurate at all speeds and the meter meter is accurate.

The focus is smooth and the aperture is dry and snappy. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues.

The lens cap is included.
