Nikon Nikkor 50mm F1.8 AI-S Manual Lens III (Long Version) [EXC]

This is one of the hidden secrets of the classic Nikkor line. People often confuse it with the Series-E but this lens is much better. It is compact and resistant to flare because of its recessed front element but the important thing is that stopped down it is probably the sharpest Nikkor available. This is the rare AI-S version.

This lens is in excellent condition with light wear and works perfectly. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze or fungus. The focus and aperture are smooth. The non-AI coupling fork has been removed (hardly anyone uses this-it is for the first generation cameras only).

The lens caps are included.
