Here we have a set of twelve gold plated B+W filters in a personalized presentation box with personalized letters dated 1985 from the presidents of B+W and Schott to an eye surgeon.
I have never seen one of these and cannot find examples online. My guess is that they made up a small number for their best customers (he had likely purchased some expensive optical machines; he also had a lot of cameras).
This whole kit is in mint condition and was never used. The letters are crisp in their envelope.
